Across Michigan, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Dr. Lee should not be prescribing meds this willy nilly. I was referred here post hospitalization from a medication interaction that they wrongly diagnosed with schizophrenia by him within minutes of talking to eachother and prescribed me anti-pshycotics that definitely kept me from healing for over half a year. I tried getting help with other things here but they couldn't do a damn thing. Come here if you want to shave years off your life and futher go into a hole.

This was my first ever appointment at Central City Health and I was very very nervous when I first pulled in I thought parking would be an issue but I was wrong there was a parking lot almost right next to the building with $5 parking I scanned the QR code and it was just that easy. I was seen by Dr. Owens to get a my wisdom tooth extracted and he was exceptional, I was also 15 min late and the staff was so sweet, everyone made me feel so welcomed they had me in and out, you can tell they care about each and every single patient so I give this place 5 stars and I highly recommend <3

Okay I am going to be kind as I am always. Initially I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for a Thursday with a doctor as we are going to a doctor's office correct. That day they sent me to the other location nearby and had a nurse write my prescription is what I found to be the #1 concern. I rescheduled a month later for an appointment with a doctor as referred to verbaly as a Dr. Edith and never received a return call. I called on 3 instances and never have received my medication refill. I returned again to see Dr. Edith via phone reference as a Dr appointment. There was no doctor to write a prescription and was advised while there which is over 30 minutes away and was told when I said my appointment with Dr. Edith, Edith is not a doctor is what I was told after 3 appointments and am still without my prescription. STAY AWAY. NOT DOING WELL.

This clinic was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish. Before my initial appointment, my doctor called Central City Health to confirm they could complete the specific assessment I needed. I was told they could. I then had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Lee, who informed me during the visit that they do not actually provide the service I was referred for. When I mentioned difficulty sleeping, he immediately attempted to prescribe sleeping pills and also suggested mood stabilizers for my ADHD without addressing the original reason for my visit or offering appropriate alternatives. I was then told Dr. Washington could complete the assessment I needed. When I arrived for my 8:00 a.m. appointment, I was told he doesnβt arrive until 8:30 a.m. Instead, I was redirected to Dr. Wilson, a psychiatrist whose demeanor was extremely condescending. With a dismissive smile, she told me I didnβt need a referral then gave me one anyway. When I went to the provider they referred me to, I was told the referral was invalid because it needed to come from a psychiatrist or medical doctor, not a therapist which Dr. Wilson was. I later did meet with Dr. Washington, whic

I could not get home fast enough to post my review! Hands down one of the most comforting environments Iβve had the pleasure of being in! The office is clean, staff is amazing, warm and welcoming! Dr. Owenβs was so gentle, caring and caring! I was there for a wisdom tooth extraction. He explained the process every step of the way and within a blink my tooth was out! No pain or discomfort! He really made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! Such a positive environment! I truly appreciate the care they put into dental care! Thank you Dr. Owenβs and staff!

Dental Clinic is great. Only rule is be on time. The Dental care I experience I give them A plus. Office is clean the dentist and staff are professional and concern about your health and your pain. I love the care I'm getting. All they ask of you is to be on time.
